Apple goes small with trimmer iPhone SE and iPad Pro

This was a big week for Apple. It unveiled slenderized versions of its iPhone and iPad Pro; new watchbands; and updates to OS X, iOS, and TVOS. The new 4-inch iPhone SE is a replacement for the iPhone 5S and is designed for first-time buyers. The 9.7-inch iPad Pro is a trimmer version of the 12.9-inch model Apple released last fall. This week also marked the 15th anniversary of Mac OS X 10.0, which debuted March 24, 2001. We may take for granted now how solid OS X is, but the first edition of Apple’s modern OS, code-named Cheetah, was a bit wobbly. Read more »
