The Different Types of Decoupage Machines That Are Used in Industrial Production Lines

Dec spoiler machine is a vital part of modern industrial press stamping machines. Basically there are basically 2 kinds of decoupage stampers available in the market today: the automatic one and the manual one. Automatic deck spoiler machine is primarily used for the small home-based decoupage work, such as joining thin gauge cold rolled steel wire, or connecting multiple point production line with a wide strip of thin brass-colored thermal tape. On the other hand, the traditional manual decoupage machine can also be used for the large-scale decoupage work, such as designing large-scale model trains, building model houses, or creating various other fine arts projects. However, in this article we will discuss only the uses of the automatic decoupage machine.

There are mainly three basic types of Dec spoiler machines, namely, belt, motor driven decoubler, and hydraulic decoupage. In the first type, there is a fixed coil that runs along the rollers and produces the raised decal area. Usually this coil is placed under a piece of threaded paper or plastic liner that runs from the feed conveyor to the mouth end of the roller. The motor powered decouplier then pulls the coil through the rollers and produces the raised decal area in the mouth end of the machine.

Meanwhile, in the second type of decoder machine the roll forming machine feeds rollers through the mouth end of the roller. Instead of the fixed coil running along the rollers, this type of decoder machine feeds the rollers by using a continuous belt. This type of machine will generally require a hydraulic pressure washer to feed the rollers, in order to avoid the damage to the rollers. Motor driven decoupling on the other hand uses the force from an electric motor (or perhaps a wind tunneling motor) to move the rollers along the track, rather than a belt. Hydraulic decoupage machines may also be powered by a variable damping system that helps to minimize vibrations during the process.

The third type of coiling machine has two independently controlled rollers that are able to run on their own. One roller guides the disc into the desired position while the other rolls it out. The disadvantage to this type of machine is that you need to manually control the speed of the rollers.

Using a manual decoupage machine on the production line is not recommended as they offer a lower degree of automation, meaning that mistakes can be made more easily. Even though the level of automation can be increased, mistakes are still bound to occur. This is because you cannot watch every single inch of the production line to make sure that the rollers do not hit each other, causing the formation of uneven stripes. However, with the help of a computer and some software programs, a manual decoupage machine can be set up to perform the entire operation of a standard decoupage line without human intervention.

A final type of decoupage machine that is used in industrial production lines is the uncoiler machine. Unlike most decoupage machines, an uncoiler does not move the discs during the process. Instead, it pushes the uncoupler forward, ensuring that it rolls the disc down the spindle. This ensures that the desired pattern is not missed, ensuring that it will be exactly the way it should be when the product returns to the store or to the manufacturer for packaging.
